We are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant – Tuition Fees within the University’s Income and Credit Control team based in the Finance Division.
Responsibilities- Collect tuition fees due to the University and allocate income accurately and timely.
- Provide cover for some fee billing processes.
- Deal with students, staff and other University customers professionally and confidentially in line with service standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, courteous and professional manner, enthusiasm for working in a busy but friendly team environment.
- Previous credit control experience desirable but not essential; training will be given.
- Excellent customer service skills and high degree of accuracy.
- Experience of team working in a customer‑focused role.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
