The post will provide support to the School of Engineering Laboratory Superintendent and Area Safety Officer, deputising in their absence and taking day‑to‑day line management responsibility for technical staff within the school. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to a specialist area within the School relevant to their knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Frequent liaison with teaching and research staff and undergraduate and postgraduate students, including undertaking work of a confidential nature on a regular basis.
