Lancaster University seeks a Disability and Inclusive Practice Adviser to join our Disability and Inclusive Practice Service. You will provide essential support for students disclosing disabilities, ensuring equitable experiences and promoting inclusive practices across departments.

Two full-time posts support academic and professional staff, manage a caseload, analyse data to improve services, and deliver training to staff in line with the Equality Act 2010.
