Lancaster University is delivering a major Curriculum Transformation Programme to reshape how education is designed, delivered and managed across the institution. This is a full-time fixed term role until 31/07/2026. We are seeking a confident and driven Business Analyst to support the IT workstream of this transformative initiative. This high-profile role involves working across academic and professional services to analyse complex processes, gather requirements, and help shape future-focused digital solutions. You will need to be adaptive, deadline-driven, and comfortable challenging existing practices to deliver meaningful change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Location: Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK

Salary: £39,906 to £46,049 full time, fixed term

Closing Date: Sunday 22 February 2026

The role is primarily based on the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options to support a positive work-life balance. We would expect a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
