Working closely with ISS, business owners and operational teams, you will contribute to development activity, support system assurance and operational readiness, and help ensure high‑quality, stable systems that underpin University‑wide processes. You will also play an important role in change management – helping colleagues adopt new functionality, providing clear guidance, and supporting the smooth introduction of system improvements.

  • Can balance competing priorities and work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Works independently while building effective relationships across departments and partner organisations
