The Student Programmes Team supports staff and students across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the Faculty. In this role you will help deliver and administer student programmes and enhance the overall student experience. You will initially be based in the School of Mathematical Sciences and may be required to work in other department Student Programmes Teams within the Faculty.

About You

  • Experience of providing a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines and work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to present information accurately and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Demonstrated competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and software in an evolving digital environment.
