Responsibilities
- Support online students with assessments and tutorials
- Deliver modules in cyber security
- Mark coursework and manage course content hosted on online learning platforms (e.g. Moodle)
- Contribute to curriculum development where appropriate
- Participate in teaching reviews and quality assurance processes
- Work closely with a lead academic for modules and a wider team that supports the delivery of courses
- Fulfill duties outside of conventional office hours to support synchronous engagement with remote students during their anticipated study time, requiring flexibility in working hours
Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate a strong computer science and cyber security background, excellent university-level teaching skills, strong programming and systems-related skills, and cyber security knowledge associated with the modules in the MSc Cyber Security programme.
