We are seeking two lecturers to teach corporate law modules at Lancaster University School of Law, located in Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK.

Salary: £41,064 to £56,535 (Full-Time/Indefinite).

Closing Date: Tuesday 26 May 2026.

Interview Date: Tuesday 30 June 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate corporate law modules and LLM modules in International Commercial and Corporate Law.
  • Teach EU law if able (advantage but not essential).
  • Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Undertake administrative duties and/or leadership roles as requested by the School.
  • In the Teaching & Research role: pursue impactful research and publish at a level appropriate for the next Research Excellence Framework.
  • In the Teaching & Scholarship role: develop a programme of personal scholarship in your chosen field and apply it to teaching and leadership activities.

Qualifications:

  • Qualification and experience which demonstrate the ability to teach corporate law and LLM material.
  • Record of research or scholarship suitable for a university teaching and research position.
  • Strong academic background in corporate law or related areas.
