Educational Research, within the School of Social Sciences, seeks to appoint a full-time Lecturer in Social Justice and Education in School Contexts to become part of our internationally leading PhD in Education and Social Justice (ESJ) programme.
You will need a PhD in a relevant specialist ESJ area (or award within 12 months), demonstrate excellent teaching abilities including experience of online environments and doctoral supervision, conduct original and innovative research, and have a developing portfolio of research publications.
We invite candidates with research interests in education, social inequalities, and social justice in school contexts and particularly encourage applications from those working on climate sustainability, environmental education, and school-based responses to the climate crisis.
