We\’re looking for an Admissions Assistant to be an important part of our friendly team. Key elements of your job will be to:

  1. Support the Admissions Officer and team with admissions operations, applicant support, recruitment, marketing, outreach, and event coordination.
  2. Maintain accurate applicant data for records, reporting, and recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with university policies.
  3. Assist in organising admissions events such as MMIs, widening participation initiatives, and offer holder events.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for applicants, schools, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and professional communication.
  5. Plan and deliver events including taster days, summer schools, open days, and national admissions activities.
  6. Carry out routine administrative tasks to support smooth admissions processes and effective event delivery.

Experience of working in a higher education environment is not essential; we will support you to settle in and excel in the role.
