This is more than running a nightclub. It's your chance to lead the largest venue in Lancaster, delivering unforgettable experiences for thousands of students and helping shape the future of student nightlife.

Leads confidently from the front.
Loves building teams, delivering exceptional events and creating memorable nights out.
Wants to innovate, inspire and take one of the UK's best-loved student venues into its next chapter.
With a capacity of 1,348 across two rooms , The Sugarhouse hosts some of the biggest student events in the region and has been at the heart of Lancaster's student experience for generations.
