Lancaster University are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and motivated Global Mobility Advisor. This is a role within People and Organisational Effectiveness, located at Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Mobility function and support the wider transformation activity.
The Successful Candidate
- Will have previous experience in payroll and/or Global Mobility.
- Experience working in a Higher Education HR environment is beneficial.
- Can apply critical thinking and understand/interpret technical compliance advice.
- Will be organised, motivated, and able to create, develop, and embed efficient processes.
- Can work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
