Lancaster University is looking for a part-time (0.2 FTE) Anti-Harassment Bullying Team Co-ordinator to work alongside a group of staff who will offer independent support and guidance to staff and students who are concerned about incidents of harassment or bullying. The team will provide a safe space in which to discuss issues, explore the options available, and provide support to resolve matters informally where possible.
The Team Co-ordinator will oversee and co-ordinate the work of the Anti-Harassment and Bullying Team with support from experienced AHBT Advisors and reporting to the Dean for Culture and Inclusion, ensuring that all Team members are adequately supported in their roles. You will be responsible for allocating/monitoring cases; providing general advice, guidance and assistance to members of the Team; taking a lead in collating and maintaining relevant records; analysing and assisting statistical reporting on harassment and bullying cases. You will also publicise the work of the Team and assist in co-ordinating the recruitment and training of new members.
