Lancaster School seeks a values-led Headteacher to lead a SEND-focused, inclusive community for 11–19 pupils with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will shape strategy, culture and standards across the trust’s four specialist schools and a children’s home.
You will work with regular coaching from the CEO, benefit from a supportive Headteachers Group, and oversee a planned handover starting September 2027 as the current Headteacher retires.
