We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our clients fast-growing ServiceNow practice. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of complex ServiceNow projects within a professional services environment.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of engagements while playing a pivotal role in shaping the way projects are governed and executed across the function. This role is suited to someone who combines structured delivery experience with strong stakeholder leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery across multiple client engagements
  • Oversee and coordinate project teams, including Business Analysts and Project Managers
  • Define and implement structured project delivery frameworks aligned with client and organisational standards
  • Establish and maintain governance practices to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
  • Work across methodologies including Prince2, Agile, and Waterfall, applying the right approach for each engagement
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes, tools, and team performance
  • Support the growth and capability development of the wider project and business analysis function
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong leadership and people management experience – ideally leading PMs and BAs across engagements
  • In-depth understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance structures
  • Experience across delivery methodologies: Prince2, Agile, and Waterfall
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to define, develop, and roll out delivery best practices across teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to align delivery with business outcomes
