We are supporting a key client who are currently looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to support the delivery of HR transformation and digitalisation projects for a range of enterprise clients. This role combines business analysis, process improvement, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solution delivery. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to help design and implement effective HR services and employee experiences. This role can be worked on a mainly remote basis from anywhere within the UK with occasional client travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support requirements gathering and discovery activities with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Analyse existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in the design of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR case management.
  • Support the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including HR services, Employee Center, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers throughout project delivery.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

  • 5-10 years' experience in Business Analysis, HR technology, ServiceNow consulting, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
  • Understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and HR case management.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Experience writing user stories and functional requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Desirable Experience

  • Employee Center, Employee Journey Management, or HR Case Management.
  • Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR technology platforms.
  • HR transformation or digital workplace projects.
  • ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience working within international project environments.
