We are supporting one of our key clientele who are a leading Oracle Cloud partner looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) transformation programmes. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation initiatives across enterprise clients, covering areas such as finance, HR, and supply chain. You will play a key role in driving complex programmes from inception through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
- Take ownership of delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, adapting as requirements evolve.
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Support and mentor project team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage resource allocation across projects to ensure effective utilisation and delivery.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking performance against targets.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
- Continuously monitor project risks and adjust delivery approaches where needed.
- Ensure delivery meets established quality standards and best practice methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team performance.
- Maintain clear and structured project documentation to support governance and future reference.
Required Experience
- 7–10+ years’ experience in project or programme management within enterprise IT environments.
- Strong track record delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP transformation programmes.
- Experience managing multiple complex workstreams, delivering to time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and their use within enterprise environments.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing and developing project teams.
- Experience managing project financials, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Strong risk management experience, with the ability to navigate complex delivery environments.
- Background in consulting, systems integration, or professional services environments.
Additional Experience (Desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Oracle certifications or specialisation in Oracle Cloud technologies.
