We are working with a leading global consulting firm delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes for enterprise clients across multiple industries. They are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Lead to drive data migration and reporting workstreams across complex ERP implementations. This role will operate at Manager grade within their business and can be worked out of any of their UK sites on a hybrid (3 day per week) basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data migration and reporting activities across Oracle Cloud ERP programmes
  • Manage end-to-end data workstreams from strategy and design through to deployment and support
  • Coordinate programme delivery, governance, risks, issues, and progress tracking
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define migration approaches
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation including data mapping and migration plans
  • Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, and validation processes
  • Mentor and support junior consultants within the delivery team
  • Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings

Required Experience

  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Experience leading Oracle Cloud data migration workstreams
  • Solid understanding of Oracle databases, Oracle RDBMS
