We are working exclusively with an elite ServiceNow partner who are looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst to support major enterprise transformation programmes across a range of large, complex client organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with senior business stakeholders, PMOs and executive teams, helping clients improve how they plan, prioritise and deliver strategic initiatives through the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management platform.

The Role

As a ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst, you will work closely with client stakeholders to understand current ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and help design future-state processes aligned to strategic business objectives. Working across multiple client engagements, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective ServiceNow SPM solutions while supporting organisations throughout their transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders, PMOs, project teams and senior leadership.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements across portfolio, project, demand and investment management processes.
  • Assess existing operating models and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design future-state processes and recommend best practice approaches.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Support the implementation of ServiceNow SPM modules using out-of-the-box capabilities and best practice.
  • Work closely with architects, developers and technical consultants to deliver successful outcomes across client engagements.
  • Support solution design, testing, training and go-live activities.
  • Advise clients on portfolio governance, project delivery, resource management and strategic planning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout client transformation programmes.

Required Experience

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Process Consultant within ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Understanding of portfolio management, project management and PMO processes.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience working within large enterprise or complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience working within consulting, professional services or client-facing delivery environments would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Desirable Experience

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, PMP or similar certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience delivering executive reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
