We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join an exciting business transformation programme on an initial 3-month contract. Working closely with business stakeholders and an offshore Salesforce consultancy, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of a Salesforce reconfiguration while also supporting the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System. This role combines business analysis with project coordination and is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This contract will sit inside IR35 and can be operated on a hybrid basis out of either the client's London or Manchester offices. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements. Engage with stakeholders to understand and improve business processes. Manage project plans, timelines and key deliverables. Coordinate with an offshore Salesforce implementation partner. Support the implementation of a new ATS and the decommissioning of the existing platform. Ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time and aligned to business objectives. Skills
