Our client is a rapidly growing SAP Gold Partner, delivering high-impact transformation programmes across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP S/4HANA, Digital Core, and Intelligent Technologies. As part of its continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead and scale its UK sales function. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a proven SAP sales professional who can drive revenue growth, build executive-level client relationships, and develop a high-performing sales organisation within a fast-growth consulting environment. They have an office in West London and are looking for someone to be able to operate on a hybrid basis from there.

The Opportunity

The Sales Director will take ownership of the UK sales strategy and execution across the company’s SAP consulting portfolio, including:

  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • SAP S/4HANA & Digital Core Transformation
  • SAP Intelligent Technologies (BTP, Signavio, Process Mining, Automation)

Working closely with the Managing Director, Practice Leads, and Delivery teams, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth, positioning the business as a trusted partner for enterprise SAP transformation and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy across EAM, Digital Core, and Intelligent Technology practices.
  • Deliver consistent year-on-year revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned to strategic growth objectives.
