We’re looking for a passionate and engaging Lecturer in Personal, Social Development and Employability Skills to join our Adult and Community team. If you’re committed to transforming lives through education and supporting learners to reach their full potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Lecturer, you’ll deliver high-quality, inclusive and engaging learning experiences that help students develop personally, socially and professionally, while supporting their progression into employment, further study or other positive outcomes. You’ll plan and deliver dynamic PSD and Employability lessons, create inspiring learning resources tailored to learner needs, support student achievement and retention, provide tutorial and pastoral guidance, contribute to recruitment and curriculum development, and work collaboratively within a supportive teaching team.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional with experience delivering PSD and/or Employability programmes, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a learner-focused approach and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with colleagues across the department to ensure a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment, maintaining high standards in safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, and learner wellbeing.
