Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Training Coordinator to play a vital role within our Engagement, Inclusion and Progression pathways in Foundation Learning.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with young people who are at risk of becoming NEET, or those who find traditional learning environments challenging. You’ll design and deliver impactful programmes and targeted interventions that build confidence, break down barriers, and support positive progression.

As a Training Coordinator, you will support learners through tailored learning experiences and holistic support, helping them successfully transition into further education, training, apprenticeships, or employment. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team committed to making a meaningful difference.

You will have a genuine passion for supporting young people and experience working with individuals who may face barriers to education or employment. You will be adaptable, empathetic and able to build strong, positive relationships that inspire confidence and engagement.
