Join our Community, ESOL and Distance Learning team as an Administrator. You’ll play a key role in supporting learners throughout their journey – from initial enquiry and enrolment through to progression and achievement. Working in a busy and rewarding environment, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative support, manage admissions processes, coordinate learner records and attendance monitoring, support curriculum teams, and liaise with colleagues across the college to deliver an outstanding learner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality administrative support to learners and staff.
  • Manage the admissions process and maintain accurate learner records.
  • Monitor attendance and coordinate learner progress.
  • Support curriculum teams and facilitate communication across the college.
  • Build positive relationships with learners and contribute to inclusive educational opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
  • Experience working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners to succeed.
  • Knowledge of educational administration is an advantage.
