Responsibilities

  • Managing hotel commissions for rooms, group bookings, and events
  • Issuing all Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, ensuring they align with the provided backup documentation, assisting with any necessary adjustments, and supporting payment allocation as needed.
  • Managing the reconciliation of gifted vouchers.
  • Managing the reconciliation of hotel F&B PM's
  • Managing the Accounts Receivable (AR) inbox and responding to all incoming inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize current processes

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
