Summary
The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing community awareness of Aging in Place Home Healthcare and developing referral relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses. This position serves as the agency's representative in the community by promoting services, educating referral sources, and supporting business growth while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospice providers, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources.
- Conduct routine visits to referral partners to educate them on the agency's services and admission process.
- Identify new referral opportunities within the service area.
- Represent Aging in Place Home Healthcare at community events, health fairs, senior expos, networking meetings, and educational programs.
- Distribute marketing materials and maintain an adequate inventory of brochures and promotional items.
- Assist with planning and coordinating community outreach events.
- Promote the agency's mission and commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality home care.
- Track referral activities and maintain accurate records of marketing contacts and outcomes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports for agency leadership.
- Collaborate with the Administrator to develop marketing strategies and business development goals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in resolving referral source concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of all clients, employees, and business information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and community resources that benefit clients and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate\'s degree Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous healthcare marketing, sales, customer service, or community relations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of home healthcare services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Requirements
- Valid driver\'s license.
- Reliable transportation with proof of automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the agency\'s service area.
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening if applicable.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for transporting marketing materials.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position. Typical hours range from 25 hours per week, with flexibility based on community events, networking opportunities, and agency needs. Occasional evening or weekend events may be required. Occasional travel to other counties throughout Ohio may be required. Office hours would be from 10 AM to 3 PM Monday β Friday and flexible during weeks that have events scheduled.
