Teller’s Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Customer Service
- Accepting and posting deposits to Deposit Accounts (Checking and Savings Accounts and Certificates of Deposits)
- Accepting and posting withdrawals from Deposit Accounts (Checking and Savings Accounts and Certificates of Deposits)
- Opening and Closing Deposit Accounts (Checking and Savings Accounts and Certificates of Deposits)
- Accepting and posting payments to Mortgage Loan, Line of Credit and Credit Card Accounts
- Consulting with customers regarding their accounts, in person and by phone
- Sign Cashier’s Checks
- Handle a teller cash drawer and balance the funds each day
Job Requirements:
- Previous banking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (such as Word and Excel) preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
