Join us as the Weight Management Programme Manager and play a vital role in improving adult health across Lancaster. You will lead the Tier 2 Adult Weight Management Programme, helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles through expert support and community partnership. Your work will directly contribute to public health priorities and the wellbeing of our local community.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate the Weight Management Programme to ensure it meets key performance targets and contractual obligations.
- Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee exercise classes, health assessments, and the delivery of the PASTA school term time programme.
- You'll manage budgets, develop publicity materials, and collaborate with partners to continuously improve the service.
- Your role includes ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and operational standards.

- You hold essential qualifications including Level 2 gym and Level 3 GP referral certifications, plus a full UK driving licence to travel across the district.
