We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Weight Management Exercise Coach to join our team and help participants build confidence, improve their health, and stay active after completing our Weight Management Programme.

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver tailored 1:1 gym inductions, design personalised training plans, and provide ongoing motivation and guidance to encourage long-term participation in physical activity. You’ll also follow up with participants to track progress, answer questions, and support them as they transition into independent gym use.

This role plays a key part in helping people feel confident, supported and motivated to make lasting lifestyle changes. If you’re passionate about health and fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals, we’d love to hear from you.
