What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll carry out a variety of plumbing tasks including responsive maintenance, emergency repairs, and installations such as level access showers for disabled adaptations.
- You’ll manage void and empty homes, maintain van stock, and work closely with the repairs team and subcontractors.
- Your role will also involve using electronic reporting systems, following health and safety standards, and occasionally guiding apprentices or trainees.
