What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise the grounds maintenance team, overseeing tasks such as hedge cutting, mowing, strimming, planting, and arboriculture.
- Manage equipment servicing and health and safety compliance.
- Train new staff and collaborate with volunteers.
- Drive fleet vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes with trailers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting event setups.
You’ll Fit Right In If…
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in horticulture or arboriculture.
- Have the necessary CS38, CS39, CS41, and woodchipper certifications.
- Have a full driving licence.
