Lancaster City Council is seeking an Estate Caretaker to keep Lancaster’s blocks and communal areas safe, clean and welcoming. You will take a proactive approach to ensure tenant safety and community pride across sites.
You’ll inspect communal spaces, manage bin areas, report repairs, engage with tenants, and coordinate with housing, repairs and safety teams. DBS check required; local benefits apply.
