We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to support our education and outreach activities. You will help deliver sessions and events for schools, families, and community groups, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and running educational sessions and public events
- Support outreach work in schools and community settings
- Provide excellent customer service
About you
- Experience working with groups of children in an education/learning setting
- Be excited about engagement and sharing information in a fun and friendly way
- Reliable, and very flexible (must be able to cover a minimum of four activities a month)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hours will be offered on a casual basis, which may include some evening and weekend work. The roles are based at the City Museums. You will identify with our organisational values of Pride, Ownership, Working Together and Ambition.
