Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the West End, is seeking an experienced, highly professional, confident and well organised client service focussed individual to join their Workplace and Office Services function as a Workplace Co-ordinator.
Working closely with the Office Services and Workplace Team, and reporting to the Senior Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for providing a variety of client facing support including assisting with the planning and execution of client events and in-house meetings, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for internal and visiting staff, ensuring a safe and compliant work space and supporting the management team with a variety of related administrative duties.
Possessing at least 3 years relevant Workplace or office services, events services or 5 star and high end hospitality experience, gained within a professional environment, you will also possess first class communication and customer service skills, a positive can-do attitude, good knowledge of Word and Excel and bags of common sense and initiative.
This exciting role, initially on a 12 month FTC basis, offers great opportunity for career development and gaining further experience in a dynamic and globally leading financial services firm.
This is a fully in-office role and office hours are 9-5.
