Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in Mayfair, is seeking a confident, polished and professional individual to join their Finance and Corporate Services team. Working under the wing of an experienced EA you will primarily support the MDs and Directors in the Finance Division but also support across other Teams in the Corporate function including Legal, HR, Compliance and Operations.

You will be responsible for organising and scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting with the organisation of events and functions, dealing with invoices and expenses and booking travel, as well as involvement with firm wide projects.

Ideally you will be possess a Degree or A Level standard of education, have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and bags of energy and enthusiasm. Additionally you will possess at least 12 months administrative or Team Assistant experience gained within an office / corporate environment.

This varied and involving role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain further experience and training, to become a top PA, within one of the World's most successful financial services firms. Hybrid working – 3 or 4 days in office and 1 or 2 WFH – is available and excellent salary and benefits. This is a temp to perm opportunity and ideally you will be available to start a role at short notice.
