Leading International Investment Bank, based in the City close to Farringdon and St Pauls stations, is seeking a polished, professional and dynamic PA to support a small team of 4 MDs within their EMEA and APAC HCM Reward and Benefits division.

This varied, busy and interesting role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and provide comprehensive support to the MDs including schedule and inbox management, complex diary and meeting organisation across different time zones, involvement with presentations, townhalls and projects and liaison with regulatory and governing bodies across the EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.

Possessing a high standard of education, with at least 2-4 years PA/EA experience gained within a fast paced corporate and international environment (Investment Banking, HR, HCM, Financial Markets experience would be ideal but is not essential), you must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a strong work ethic and flexible attitude, strong MS Office skills, great attention to detail and bags of energy and enthusiasm. You must also be happy with a fully in-office role. This exciting role is an 18 month contract with permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
