Leading International Investment Bank, based in the City close to Farringdon and St Pauls is seeking a polished, professional and experienced PA to support MDs and Team within their EMEA Controllers Division.
This varied, busy and demanding role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and provide comprehensive support to the MDs including schedule and inbox management, complex travel organisation, involvement with presentations, townhalls and projects and liaison with regulatory and governing bodies across the EMEA jurisdictions.
Possessing a high standard of education, with approximately 3-5 years PA/EA experience gained within a fast paced corporate and international environment (Investment Banking or Financial Markets experience would be ideal but is not essential), you must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a strong work ethic and flexible attitude, strong MS Office skills, great attention to detail and bags of energy and enthusiasm. You must also be happy with a fully in-office role. This exciting role is a contract to permanent opportunity.
