Highly successful specialist corporate finance boutique, based in the City close to Liverpool St station, is seeking a polished, confident, and experienced PA / Office Manager to support the management team in an office of 15-20 people, on a part-time basis.

Ideally, this will be a 4-day per week role (although 3 days could be considered) and will be responsible for:

  1. Booking and arranging travel
  2. Scheduling meetings
  3. Supporting members of the senior management team, including overseas executives visiting the London office
  4. On-boarding new joiners
  5. Dealing with suppliers, vendors, and building services
  6. Assisting with the organization of events and trade shows

You must possess solid PA / Office Management experience within a professional and corporate environment, first-class communication skills, and demonstrable experience of working in a smaller/boutique office environment.
