Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the City, is seeking a polished, confident and dynamic PA/Team Assistant to support an MD and small team within their Global Equity Research division.
This varied and busy role will involve a high volume of complex travel, meeting and schedule management, being the point of contact for the MD and their major corporate clients, involvement in Projects and organising conferences and events. This is a hectic, busy role where no two days are the same and you will be able to use your initiative and excellent organisational skills.
Probably of Graduate calibre with at least 4 years PA experience gained within a fast paced commercial, financial markets, Investment Banking, or Roadshows environment, you must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a confident and helpful personality, great attention to detail and bags of energy and enthusiasm.
You must also possess a great energy, drive and positive attitude and love of being busy and stretched in your role. This exciting opportunity is a temp to perm role and offers excellent career opportunities with excellent salary and benefits.
