Leading, well established commercial Architects practice based in London SW6 (Parsons Green) is seeking a confident, professional and hard working individual to join their growing team as a PA / Practice Administrator.
This varied and interesting role will support the Operations and Administration Director including:
- Scheduling and arranging meetings
- Assisting with the organisation of events and off-sites
- Meeting and greeting visitors and covering Reception duties
- Updating and supporting marketing and social media campaigns (Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Dealing with office suppliers and vendors
- Building relationships with clients and vendors
Additionally, you will provide PA support to the Practice Principal which will involve working with confidential files and information and supporting executive led projects.
You will possess a good standard of education, excellent MS Office skills, bags of energy and initiative, and great communication skills. You must also be detail focussed and enjoy a busy role.
This varied position would probably suit a bright individual possessing approx 2-4 years PA / Team Assistant experience gained within a commercial office environment who is now looking to take the next step in their career. Experience of Adobe InDesign, WordPress, Twitter/LinkedIn for company updates would also be useful.
This is a permanent fully in-office role offering involvement and variety and you must be able to travel to Parsons Green.
