Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the West End, is seeking a dynamic, confident and highly professional individual to join their EMEA Facilities and Office Services Team and train to become one of their high performing Corporate Services Team.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing a variety of Workplace support including:

  • Floor walks
  • Identifying and resolving building and office issues
  • Supporting floor and work space design using CAD systems (full training provided)
  • Co‑ordinating hard and soft building services
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant work space for the London staff

Probably a Graduate or A level (or equivalent) educated individual you will probably possess at least 2 years work experience gained in a professional client–focused role such as Hospitality, Customer Service, or Office Services. You will also possess first‑class communication skills, a positive can‑do attitude and above all great energy and enthusiasm. A good knowledge of Word and Excel and bags of common sense and initiative is also needed.

Starting on a temporary basis this exciting role offers great opportunity for career development and gaining further industry qualifications as well as an opportunity to work in a dynamic and globally leading financial services firm.
