One of the World's leading Investment Banks is seeking a highly polished, ambitious and hard working individual who possesses fluent German language skills to join their Investment Banking division as a Junior PA / Team Assistant and train to become one of their top PAs.
You MUST possess excellent inter-personal skills, bags of energy and enthusiasm and a strong academic record - Ideally A Level or Degree. This exciting opportunity would probably suit an outgoing and confident person with approximately 6 months to 2 years office based or hospitality / Customer Services work experience who has bags of initiative, common sense and energy and would embrace the opportunity of moving into a premier investment bank.
You will be responsible for organising international travel, processing expenses, and supporting the existing PA team, as well as liaising with clients and getting involved with divisional projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working and committed Junior Assistant to gain fantastic experience in a top Investment Bank.
