One of the World's leading Investment Banks is seeking a polished, ambitious and hard working individual to join their Data Engineering division as an Operations Analyst to support the Chief of Staff function.
The Chief of Staff function operates across the EMEA region and is responsible for managing a wide range of projects for the senior leadership team including managing key programmes, overseeing the divisions communications and workforce strategies, and maintaining milestones and budgets.
You will be responsible for assisting with the on-boarding process for contractors, updating systems and producing meaningful data reports via Excel, tracking staff movements and transfers and co-ordinating on-going projects.
You MUST possess excellent inter-personal skills, bags of energy and enthusiasm and a strong academic record - Ideally Degree level.
You must also possess strong administrative experience gained within a major corporate organisation - ideally financial or professional services, HR or technology.
You must also possess advanced PC skills including Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc).
Experience of JIRA / JIRA Portfolio would also be a benefit.
This exciting opportunity would probably suit an outgoing and confident person with at least 2 years work experience who has bags of initiative, common sense and energy and would embrace the opportunity of moving into a premier investment bank where on-going training is provided.
