Do you want to play a major role in developing apprenticeships in the workplace? Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking a Training Co-ordinator to work within our Energy, Engineering and Construction department, supporting our learners to achieve. You will coordinate the apprentice journey throughout the duration of their apprenticeship and promote and develop positive outcomes for all. You will develop strong working relationships with employers, apprentices, and their tutors to ensure the apprentice is being supported to achieve.

You should have a willingness to learn, a proactive approach and enjoy working as part of a team. An attention to detail is essential for this role along with good IT skills. You should enjoy working in a busy environment, have excellent people skills and a current driving licence. A knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety is desirable in this role or the willingness to undertake training in this area. You should have GCSE Grades 4/C or above in Maths and English.
