Technician in Hospitality and Catering Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking an organised and flexible Technician in Hospitality & Catering to support the effective day-to-day running of our industry standard kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant educational setting, supporting both staff and students in a dynamic practical learning environment. You should have experience within the Hospitality & Catering industry, with an excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safety procedures. You should also have experience in ordering stock, with the ability to deal with money and complete simple financial summaries.
