Do you want to play a key role in helping students feel supported and able to thrive at college?

Lancaster and Morecambe College are recruiting a Student Engagement Advisor to provide a welcoming and professional service within our Student and Learning Centre (The Hex). You’ll provide clear information and advice to students, support careers-related activities, guide learners in using digital and physical resources, and contribute to Student Voice initiatives. You will also help deliver open days and learner-focused events.

We’re looking for someone with customer-facing experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to support young people positively and professionally. GCSEs in Maths and English are essential. A flexible approach is important during busy periods, and there may be occasional evening or weekend work, with time off in lieu.
