Reception Administrator – Student Engagement Team

Are you organised, approachable, and confident supporting people in a busy environment?
\n
Lancaster and Morecambe College are looking for a friendly and professional Reception Administrator to deliver a high quality front of house service for students, staff and visitors. You will coordinate central communications, manage enquiries across multiple channels, and act as a key point of contact during emergency or time critical situations, supporting the smooth daily operation of the Student Engagement Team.

You will have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an education or support setting, along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills. A calm, professional approach, the ability to prioritise effectively, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential. You’ll be qualified to Level 2/3 in administration or customer service (or have equivalent experience), with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
