Job Description Maths and English Specialist Progress Coach Can you inspire learners to build confidence in Maths and English and help them achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths and/or English Specialist Progress Coach to join our Cross College Skills for Life team. This rewarding role focuses on providing targeted support, interventions and coaching to learners studying GCSE and Functional Skills Maths and/or English, helping them develop the skills, confidence and motivation needed to succeed. Working closely with teaching staff, you will deliver small group and one-to-one support, develop engaging learning resources, lead study skills and revision sessions, monitor learner progress, and contribute to strategies that improve achievement and outcomes. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds, and commitment to inclusive learning.
