Do you have experience of supporting people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in an educational environment?
Lancaster & Morecambe College are looking for individuals who relate well to young people and adults, show an understanding of learning needs, promote inclusive learning and have a genuine desire to support students both inside and outside the classroom. Working across a range of courses, you will demonstrate a positive, sensitive and practical attitude, which will empower learners and promote independence.
Willing to work flexibly, you will possess good I.T skills and have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this.
