Based in The Hex Student Centre, you will provide outstanding customer service, offer information and guidance to students, parents and visitors, support access to learning resources, help deliver engaging events and activities, and work closely with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, strong organisational abilities and a genuine commitment to helping learners overcome barriers to success, we’d love to hear from you.
